Trial Date Changed

The trial date for Marc Hubbard, the North Carolina promoter accused of scamming $200,000 from the University of Hawaii for a fictitious Stevie Wonder concert, has been changed to April 9. 

The trial was originally scheduled to begin in January in U.S. District Court in Honolulu.

Hubbard pleaded not guilty in November and is free on $200,000 bail. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
