Daisy Blooms With
Reznor, Rogers

Trent Reznor has been named chief creative officer of a new music service called Daisy, and Ian Rogers, former CEO of Topspin, has been tapped to helm it.

The service is part of Beats Electronic, founded by Dr. Dre and Interscope CEO Jimmy Iovine and appears to be a subscription-based online music project.

Beats just acquired MOG, which is such a utility, and Rogers will oversee that, too. Iovine said Daisy will come into service in the latter part of the year.
