Pegi Young’s East Coast Journey

Pegi Young has lined up a series of gigs beginning February 1 in Asbury Park, N.J.  But before the tour bus rolls into the parking lot at the Stone Pony, the singer/songwriter will stop in New York City to chat with David Letterman.

Appearing on CBS’s “Late Show With David Letterman” Jan. 30, it’s a sure bet Young will be talking up her new album, Bracing For Impact.

Following her stint with Letterman, Young and her band The Survivors – Spooner Oldham on keyboards, bassist Rick Rosas, guitarist Kelvin Holly and drummer Phil Jones – take to the road, appearing on a few 10,000 Maniacs dates as well as a couple of their own.
