Zac Brown Band Is Australia Bound
The Zac Brown Band schedules a few gigs with Jason Mraz to coincide with its appearances at Deni Blues & Roots Festival March 30 and Byron Bay Bluesfest April 1.
The new dates on ZBB’s calendar are March 25 in Melbourne at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl and March 26 in Darling Harbour at the Sydney Entertainment Center.
Pre-sales begin Jan. 18 and continue for 48 hours. General onsales begin Jan. 21.
The band has also partnered with Jack Daniel’s to take part in the Barrett-Jackson Auction. Appearing live from Scottsdale, Ariz., Jan. 17, ZBB bassist John Driskell Hopkins will put a pair of Indian Motorcycles on the auction block. And, no, you can’t buy just one because the bikes are being sold as a pair. Featuring Jack Daniel’s paint work, the motorcycles also come with custom leather by Southern Hide, the outfit that makes the band’s leather vests and guitar straps.
