The three groups announced the outing when they descended upon ABC’s “The View” this morning.  Along with all the tour talk, NKOTB announced its forthcoming album – 10 – will be released April 2.  However, fans won’t have to wait that long for new music.  The album’s first single – “Remix (I Like The)” will be released Jan. 28.

While Boyz II Men have been touring consistently throughout the years, the upcoming journey will be 98 Degrees’ first concert tour in more than 12 years.

As required by law, a concert announcement for a tour featuring three big groups comes with a three quote minimum.  First up is NKOTB’s Donnie Wahlberg.

“Ladies, we’re coming for you,” Wahlberg said.  “This is going to be the craziest year yet – the single, the album, the tour with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men … We can’t wait to give fans ‘The Package!’”

“We are really excited to get back on the road together and tour with our friends in NKOTB and Boyz II Men,” 98 Degrees’ Nick Lachey said.  “Looking forward to playing our hits and trying out some of our new tracks too.”

Upping the ante is Boyz II Men with not one, not two, but three members dropping quotes all over the place.

“We couldn’t be more excited to join New Kids On The Block and 98 Degrees on ‘The Package Tour.’  This summer is going to be fun and fans will not want to miss it,” said Boyz II Men’s Shawn Stockman.

“This has been in the works for a while … ‘The Package’ is on its way, and we’re going to deliver,” said Boyz II Men’s Wayna Morris

“We plan on bringing it, mark your calendars,” added the group’s Nate Morris.
