Dolphins Owner For AEG?

One of the finalists for the AEG purchase is Stephen Ross, owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins football team. 

Ross formed RSE Ventures to bid on AEG, according to the Sun-Sentinel, and the company has already bought or created eight sports-related companies.

Meanwhile, Dolphins fans had the knee-jerk reaction that their team would be moving west, but Ross dismissed the concern, telling the paper he “is strictly advancing our real estate, sports, entertainment and technology business.”

Lakers investor Patrick Soon-Shiong is still in the running for AEG, as is Guggenheim Partners, Billboard’s parent company that was apparently eliminated in December but allowed back in.
