Keys Sue Casino

Fresh off of similar lawsuits, The Black Keys have filed papers against a Louisiana casino, claiming a song on their television commercials sounds “substantially similar” to the duo’s “Howlin’ For You.”

The Nashville duo is suing Pinnacle Entertainment in New York federal court, asking a judge for an injunction and compensation.

The Keys recently settled lawsuits against Pizza Hut and Home Depot over similar charges. Terms of those settlements were not released.
