The Jeff(s) Agency

Buzz continues to build as former agency titans Jeff Berg and Jeff Franklin make deals that will lead to the launch of the first new major full-service booking agency since Paradigm.

Such an ambitious effort will require the purchase of or merger with an existing major agency or, more likely, acquisitions of existing boutique literary, film, and personal appearance firms along with the hiring of key agents with strong client lists.

The as-yet-unnamed agency, which Pollstar has dubbed The Jeff(s) Agency for now, will reportedly be headquartered in Los Angeles where a large office space is being negotiated.

The only known hiring by The Jeff(s) is former ICM Partners exec Terry Rhodes.  He is expected to temporarily work out of the East Coast office of another prominent agent who just resigned but has not yet publicly announced the move.
