4th Street Live Protests

Protestors gathered at the 4th Street Live entertainment complex, owned and operated by the Cordish Co., in Louisville, Ky., Jan. 21 to rally against alleged racial discrimination via the site’s dress code.

About 20 people representing various social justice organizations were in attendance along with a former 4th Street Live security supervisor who claims the alleged discrimination took place, according to the Courier-Journal.

A Cordish Co. spokesman denies the allegations, telling the paper that staff are already addressing concerns and making sure the dress code is applied fairly.
