Borrowing its title from a Henry Ford quotation in which the automotive pioneer said, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said ‘faster horses,’” the festival’s July 19-21 inaugural run will also welcome Kix Brooks, Chris Young, Colt Ford, Thompson Square, Jerrod Niemann and more.

You’ll find Faster Horses on the grounds of the Michigan International Speedway with the festival taking place in an area behind the track’s backstretch.  Expect two stages and nine campgrounds plus late-night jam sessions, bonfires plus all the fun and wackiness you’ve come to expect from festival life.

“Anyone who has ever been to this part of Michigan gets how special this place is,” Live Nation’s Brian O’Connell said.  “There is so much activity happening in the summer around those parts that it only made sense to drop a huge country music festival right in the middle of it.”

Three-day festival passes for Faster Horses go on sale Feb. 25.  Click here for more info.
