Frehley Home Nearing Foreclosure

Ace Frehley has been accused of not paying the mortgage on his home in Yorktown, N.Y., and a bank has initiated proceedings to foreclose.

U.S. Bank National Association claims the former KISS guitarist stopped paying in 2011.

The Yorktown tax receiver’s office also lists liens from thousands of dollars in unpaid taxes on the three-bedroom house, located in a wooded area off the Taconic State Parkway.
