Hegedus Gets Away With Murder
Budapest-based promoter Laszlo Hegedus has made a good start looking for partners for “Murder – The Exhibition,” which he hopes to stage in as many territories as possible.
The exhibition, which retells the stories of history’s most infamous serial killers, has been running in the Hungarian capital since last November.
It features the foul deeds of the likes of John Wayne Gacy, Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, John Haigh, Jack the Ripper and 15 other murderers.
“I had a busy weekend, many meetings and I found 14 interested promoters,” Hegedus told Pollstar, having spent most of ILMC meeting with prospective clients. “They will come to Budapest to see the running exhibition and finalize deals.”
Competition to stage this ghoulish exhibition is keen, with more than one promoter showing interest for some territories.
