Lineup Announced For Festival People En Español

People En Español  has booked a variety of acts representing popular Hispanic music for its annual festival from reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel to Tejano musician Bobby Pulido to pop star Demi Lovato.

Described as “a multi-faceted celebration of the best in Hispanic entertainment and culture,” Festival People En Español takes place over Labor Day weekend Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 in San Antonio, Texas. Evening performances are held at the Alamodome and free open-to-the-public daytime activities are scheduled at The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

People En Español has snagged Emilio Estefan as the producer of the event, which is presented by Target.

The lineup also includes Alejandro Fernandez, JenCarlos Canela and Frankie J.  

Over at the convention center, fans will get to enjoy additional musical performances, Q&A sessions and celebrity meet & greets. Additional daytime attractions feature sessions with leading industry experts and “special on-site consumer experiences.”

In addition to taking the stage in the evening, Canela and Pullido will participate in the daytime events.

You can also look out for appearances from journalist/talk show host Cristina Saralegui; model/singer/actor Rafael Amaya, model/actress Marjorie de Sousa, actor/singer/rapper/dancer Adam Irigoyen, journalist/TV host Myrka Dellanos, motivational speaker/columnist/author/radio host Maria Marin, and celebrity trainer Jose Fernandez.

Tickets for the evening performances are on sale now. You do not need a ticket to attend the daytime events.
