The Nov.16 show was beset with reports of Williams walking off stage, only to come back out and hurl insults at the crowd.
Williams’ portion of the show ended shortly after it began with many angry fans voicing their opinions on Facebook,Twitter and at the venue demanding refunds for tickets priced from $33 up to $95.
The lawsuit, filed Dec. 3 in Alameda County Superior Court, accuses Williams, Live Nation and Ticketmaster of breach of contract and unjust enrichment and seeks unspecified exemplary and punitive damages.
