Andy Dick Settles Exposure Lawsuit

Comedian Andy Dick agreed to settle a suit that claimed the comic rubbed his exposed penis in an audience members’ face at a Texas nightclub in 2010 (Feel free to post whatever puns come to mind in the comment thread at the bottom of the article).

Plaintiff Robert Tucker dropped the lawsuit March 26 against Dick, United Talent Agency and Tree Fitty Group, owner of Trees nightclub in Dallas, claiming offensive physical touching, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation by conduct.

Terms of the settlement are confidential.

Tucker claimed that when he asked the comedian for an autograph during the show, Dick, dressed in women’s clothes, pulled down his costume skirt, revealing that his was “going commando” underneath.

In a 2011 mug shot published by The Smoking Gun.

Dick then pushed his genitals against the left side of Tucker’s face, which degraded and humiliated Tucker in person and via the YouTube video of the incident.
