Caterer Wayne Forman Dies

Wayne Forman, head of Wayno’s Catering in Los Angeles, died following a battle with kidney cancer April 7.

Forman was one of the city’s top caterers for concerts and worked with artists and venues including Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, R.E.M., Gibson Amph. At Univ. CityWalk, The Hollywood Bowl, The Orpheum and Shrine Theatre.

His movie catering included “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape,” “Kingpin” and “Scent Of A Woman.”
