Nashville Dancin’

Nashville’s free concert series, Dancin’ in the District, has returned with a new name and a terrific quote from creator Tom Morales.

The series will take place in the city’s Riverfront Park every Thursday June 13 to Aug. 1, and is expected to attract 10,000 to 15,000 fans for each performance, with an economic impact to the city of $5 million, according to the Tennessean. 

The concert series is now called Nashville Dancin.’ Morales said there will be four acts at each show, “two we can afford and two we can’t.”
