LN Tampa Shed Renamed

Live Nation Amphitheatrein Tampa, Fla., has been renamed MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre at the Florida State Fairgrounds under a three-year naming rights deal announced May 15 by Live Nation.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The venue, previously named 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheatre, opened in 2004 and the 20,000-capacity venue includes approximately 9,500 seats under the canopy, plus lawn.

Rascal Flatts, Pitbull, Lil Wayne, Black Sabbath, Depeche Mode, Backstreet Boys, John Mayer and Keith Urban are among the acts scheduled to perform through late October.
