One Direction Announces 2014 Dates

Making their first announcement detailing their 2014 “Where We Are” stadium tour, the lads announce shows for South America, Ireland and the United Kingdom with a promise that more date are on the way.

The posting of next year’s run on the One Direction website this is the first concert tour announcement, telling fans, “Don’t worry if you don’t see your country – more dates will be added very soon!”

The Associated Press adds more kindling to the fire, saying U.S. dates “are expected to be announced later.”

Here is what’s up for next year (so far):

April 25 – Bogota, Colombia, Estadio El Campin
April 27 – Lima, Peru, Estadio Nacional
April 29 – Asuncion, Paraguay, Jockey Club
May 1 – Santiago, Chile, Estadio Nacional
May 3 – Buenos Aires, Argentina, Estadio Velez Sarsfield
May 6 – Montevideo, Uruguay, Estadio Centenario
May 8 – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Praca da Apoteose
May 10 – Sao Paulo, Brazil, Palmeiras Arena
May 25 – Dublin, Ireland, Croke Park Stadium
May 28 – Sunderland, England, Stadium Of Light
May 31 – Manchester, England, City Of Manchester Stadium
June 3 – Edinburgh, Scotland, Murrayfield Stadium
June 7 – London, England, Wembley Stadium

Tickets for shows in the United Kingdom and Ireland go on sale May 25. Santiago and Lima go on sale June 17; Asuncion and Montevideo June 21; and Bogota, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo June 24. Head over to OneDirectionMusic.com for more information.
