Jackson’s upcoming Australian adventure has the artist playing arenas as well as headlining CMC Rocks North QLD Sept. 28 and Deni Ute Muster Oct. 5.

But you’ll have to move fast when tickets go on sale next week.  Jackson’s 2011 tour of Australia sold out within minutes and made him the fastest-selling country artist in the continent’s concert history.

“I’d always heard great things about Australia, and everybody was right – it’s a beautiful country and the people were really nice,” Jackson said.  “I really enjoyed it, and I’m glad to be going back to play for the folks Down Under who love country music.”

Traveling with Jackson will be Sara Evans and Morgan Evans.  Here’s the routing:

Sept. 26 – Boondall, Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Sept. 27 – Boondall, Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Sept. 28 – Townsville, Reid Park (CMC Rocks North QLD)
Oct. 1 – Sydney, Allphones Arena
Oct. 4 – Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
Oct. 5 – Deniliquin, Ute Muster Festival Grounds (Deniliquin Ute Muster)

Tickets for Deniliquin Ute Muster are on sale now.  Tickets for all other shows go on sale May 29.  Visit AlanJackson.com for more information.
