Hagar No Hitman

A federal judge shot down a lawsuit against Sammy Hagar claiming the red rocker hired a hitman to force a California developer into settling affairs related to a failed Cabo Wabo franchise in Fresno, Calif., in 2009.

U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar dismissed developer Milton Barbis’ request to rescind his settlement and set aside the 2009 judgment, according to Courthouse News. 

Tigar noted the developer waited more than a year and a half after receiving the alleged threats to file the lawsuit and didn’t present any admissible evidence that Hagar was involved.
