Russell Brand Has A ‘Messiah Complex’

The British comedian takes to the road beginning this summer on his “Messiah Complex World Tour” covering the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Iceland.

Saying he plans to perform in theatres as well as “prisons, drug rehabs … nationalist organizations, Mosques, foreclosed houses, protest sties, synagogues and in people’s private homes,” Russell Brand has a couple of U.S. dates in June but the tour doesn’t really get rolling until mid-August when he plays two nights in Abu Dhabi.

So far, dates through Nov. 13 are posted on his website but the word is Brand’s Messiah Complex” will wrap in Iceland Dec. 9.

Brand cut a video to let the world know about his upcoming Messianic adventure.  Unfortunately, the soundtrack is slightly NSFW so be careful if you’re viewing it where you work.  Or turn it up real loud if you want to be noticed.
