Hanlon Joins Sony
As EDM Director

Sony Music has tapped Konkrete Agency director Jon Hanlon as its new director of Electronic Dance Music in Australia, New Zealand and the Asian region excluding Japan.

Hanlon was a DJ and producer in his native Ireland before moving downunder three years ago. He will continue to run Melbourne-based Konkrete Agency in conjunction with his Sony duties.

He and Sony will also collaborate on a global management division.

Konkrete’s touring roster includes Acid Jacks, Amba Shepherd, Bass Kleph, Butterbox and more.
