Your Bloody Valentine U.S. Dates

You could say it’s like Valentine’s Day in August for U.S. fans. My Bloody Valentine has booked a short run of gigs this summer for its first tour on this side of the Atlantic since 2009.

Waiting a few years for a U.S. tour is nothing compared to how long fans had to wait for the Irish alternative rock band to put out a new full-length studio album. In February My Bloody Valentine finally released its third LP, m b v, as the follow-up to 1991’s Loveless. After releasing Loveless the band became inactive in the ‘90s and then took the stage once again in June 2008.

The new U.S. dates go along with My Bloody Valentine’s previously announced appearance at Los Angeles’ .
