AEG’s Vegas Venture
AEG and MGM Resorts International have officially tied the knot on building a new Las Vegas arena.
The two companies announced they formalized their joint venture June 18, and the arena is expected to break ground next summer, with the grand opening expected in spring 2016.
The $350 million project is expected to be the centerpiece of a revitalization of the area between the New York-New York and Monte Carlo resorts. Populous is the architect.
