Ty Sutton has been named GM of the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center in Midland, Texas.

Sutton was most recently GM of Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, Colo.

The 1,827-capacity PAC is managed by SMG and is part of the University of Texas / Permian Basin campus.
