A class act since emerging as a class-A guitarist almost 40 years ago, Klugh never fails to amaze.  Along with his own work, Klugh has played with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Miles Davis, Jimmy Buffett, Chick Corea and others.  Safe to say, an evening experiencing Klugh in concert is one that will remain in the ol’ memory vault for months and even years to come.

Due out July 30, Klugh’s HandPicked includes 16 solo and duet recordings featuring guest guitarists Vince Gill and Bill Frisell along with ukulele wiz Jake Shimabukuro.

“In the earlier part of my career, I was busy touring and playing with a six and seven-piece band,” Klugh said.  “But I think it’s important from time to time to step back and reexamine some things.  So I thought it was the ideal time because I ran into several of my guitar friends over the last couple of years.  And it got me to thinking – maybe I can include some duets in my next project.”
