Busy Arena Delays Awards Show

The 48th Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards were postponed to Nov. 21, as its venue, Vector Arena in Auckland, is too busy.

Traditionally the awards ceremony takes place in the first week of November.

But Vector Arena has a packed schedule from late October including Andre Rieu and Cirque Du Soleil.

Media speculation had it that as the new date coincides with Vector Arena‘s shows at the venue on Nov. 23-24, it’s a possibility that the Canadian singer could make a guest appearance.
