The votes have been cast and the worst rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner” goes to Christina Aguilera, who performed the song at 2011’s Super Bowl.

The poll was taken by iHeartRadio, and Aguilera got about 35 percent of the vote for the “most cringe-worthy” performance of the song, with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler coming in second for his version at the AFC Championship Game in 2012.
Rounding out the top six are Kat DeLuna, Michael Bolton, Scott Stapp and Luke Bryan for their performances at various sporting events.
Aguilera’s performance may have drawn the most criticism because it took its time getting to the good part – much like when “Bleeding Gums” Murphy attempted it on “The Simpsons.”
