Nicki Bluhm And The Gramblers Rambling Into A City Near You

Nicki Bluhm And The Gramblers will have more opportunities to sing songs on the road and record “Van Session” videos this fall because the band has just added a batch of new fall dates to its schedule.

Along with frontwoman Nicki Bluhm, the band features Deren Ney on lead guitar, Dave Mulligan on guitar and vocals, bassist Steve Adams and drummer Mike Curry. Plus, Tim Bluhm – Nicki’s husband and the band’s musical director – contributes guitar, keyboard and vocals when he’s not on tour with his own band, Mother Hips.

As you can tell from the group’s “Van Session” videos on NBATG’s YouTube channel, the band is having a blast traveling between gigs as they cover tunes on the go including Wings’ “Band On The Run” and Linda Ronstadt’s “You’re No Good.” The Gramblers’ take on Hall and Oates’ “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do)” went viral and has racked up over 2.2 million hits.

Following two solo albums by Bluhm, the band will put out its debut, self-titled album Aug. 27. Fans can pre-order their own copy now through the band’s website.

The new dates take place after the California release tour in August. Here’s the plan:
