Trial Set For 3 Doors Down’s Harrell
A trial date for 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell on a misdemeanor DUI charge in Mississippi has been set for Aug. 23.
Pensacola Bay Center, Pensacola, Fla.
The charge stems from Harrell’s July 19, 2012, arrest in D’Iberville for allegedly being under the influence of prescription pills when his car rear-ended a pickup truck.
Harrell also faces a charge of felony vehicular manslaughter stemming from a mid-April alleged DUI arrest after his car clipped a truck on Interstate 40 in Nashville, killing the pickup driver. A judge found probable cause to send the felony case to a grand jury during a July 30 preliminary hearing.
