Chris Cornell’s Solo Fall
The tour marks the first chance U.S. fans will have to hear acoustic arrangements of 2012’s King Animal. In addition to playing tunes from Soundgarden’s latest LP, the setlist will feature songs from throughout Cornell’s career.
With ticket onsales scheduled next week, you won’t want to waste any time getting tickets. An announcement from Cornell’s PR reps says that Cornell’s 2011 “Songbook Tour” in support of his 2011 solo album sold out in minutes.
One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to The Chris And Vicky Cornell Foundation, which the musician and his wife launched this year to give “aid to the most vulnerable children.” A portion of the proceeds will benefit ChildHaven’s Creative Music Therapy Program Expansion.
