Live Nation Grows In L.A.
Live Nation is upping the square footage of its Beverly Hills headquarters by taking over the building next door.
The company has agreed to rent a 33,000-square-foot former industrial building at 9350 Civic Center Drive for 10 years, the Los Angeles Times reported.
“This is more than an office building conveniently close to our existing headquarters,” John Ahrens, head of real estate at Live Nation, told the paper. “It’s a cool building, with a historic feel and interesting architecture that complements the character of our current space.”
Neighbors in the area include United Talent Agency, Starz, Playboy Enterprises and Gibson Guitar.
Though terms of the deal were not disclosed, real estate experts told the Times the agreement could be worth about $17 million based on current market rates.
