Wake Forest Buys Joel Coliseum

Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C., has purchased the 14,665-capacity Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum and its surrounding acreage from the city.

The facility, opened in 1989, is home to the university’s men’s and women’s basketball teams.
