FirstMerit Opens With Rock

FirstMerit Bank Event Park in Saginaw, Mich., is on schedule to open mid-August.  

The 5,500-capacity facility, part of the SMG-managed Dow Event Center, features pavilion and lawn seating to accommodate a variety of events.

Great White, Queensrÿche and Slaughter will help break in the new digs Aug. 22.
