The country singer allegedly screamed at Charles Harvey Ferrelle, called him foul names, chased him and threatened bodily harm. Currington pleaded not guilty Aug. 14 to felony charges of making terrorist threats and abuse of an elderly person.
If convicted, he faces one to five years per count in prison.
