Justin Townes Earle, Dr. John, and the Blind Boys Of Alabama are just a few of the acts joining the brothers Robinson when The Black Crowes play Port Chester, N.Y., and the Big Apple in October.

For The Black Crowes’ gigs at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y., scheduled for Oct. 18-19 & 21-22, the band will go acoustic and welcome Oklahoma’s John Fullbright on the first two nights while the last two evenings will have Justin Townes Earle on stage.

The Black Crowes will plug back in for their Terminal 5 shows in NYC Oct. 24, 26-27 & 29.  The special guest list has Ray Wylie Hubbard Oct. 24; Blind Boys Of Alabama Oct. 26; Dr. John & The Night Trippers Oct. 27 and Maceo Parker Oct. 29.

Last week The Black Crowes announced that the fall/winter tour will be your last chance to experience the band on stage in the foreseeable future.  With each member working on solo release and other projects, there are no future touring plans for the band at this time.  That makes the group’s last tour date – Dec. 14 at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium – quite possibly the last Black Crowes show we’ll see in a while.

Tickets for the Port Chester and New York City shows go on sale Aug. 23 at 12 p.m. local time.  Head on over to BlackCrowes.com for more information.
