Lorde Takes In Aussie Dates
In July, 16-year-old Lorde was a last-minute stand-in for the Splendour In The Grass festival in Australia when Frank Ocean pulled out, flying in with a few days’ notice from her home in New Zealand to deliver a well-received 10-song set before 10,000 concertgoers.
It was her eighth show ever.
She returns for a four-date East Coast club and theatre run Oct. 16-21 through Laneway Festival and the Harbour Agency.
In other dates, Chugg Entertainment brings U.S. folk singer Foy Vance for three club appearances Oct. 10-13. The Handsome Family returns for five club dates Oct. 10-16.
After a series of festival appearances, UK’s The Cribs celebrate their 10th anniversary for Nightmare Music with a five-date club run Oct. 23-29.
