Russo’s Roots
Frank Russo, Global Spectrum’s senior VP of business development, is going back to his roots in the industry by moving his office to 150 Trumbull Street in Hartford, Conn.
Joining him there is Chris Silver.
Russo ran the Hartford Civic Center from 1974 to 1983.
He also was acting president of the Greater Hartford Convention and Visitors Bureau.
