In what seems to be a perpetual festival season, Yonder Mountain String Band has announced the daily schedules for the group’s 8th annual Harvest Music Festival. Happening on Mulberry Mountain near Ozark, Ark., the Oct. 17-19 gathering in the woods features YMSB playing all three nights. Other acts include J.J. Grey & Mofro and Les Claypool’s Duo De Twang Oct. 17; Tedeschi Trucks Band and Justin Townes Earle Oct. 18; and Wheeler Brothers, Steep Canyon Rangers and Hot Club Of Cowtown Oct. 19. Organizers of the 8th annual Fun Fun Fun Fest at Auditorium Shores in Austin, Texas, have revealed their daily plans. Headliners Cut Copy and Snoop Dogg are among the acts set for Nov. 8. Nov. 9 includes performances by M.I.A., Ice-T, Descendents and Television. The festival closes Nov. 10 with MGMT, Jurassic 5, Slayer and others. Click here for the festivals day-to-day lineups.
The festival has also announced its FFF Nites lineup. Taking place at various venues throughout Austin, the after-show parties are free as long as you have your Fun Fun Fun wristband. Simian Mobile Disco and Bob Mould are set to do DJ gigs. Other Nites acts include Tenacious D, Del The Funky Homosapien, Kurt Vile, Cro-Mags, RJD2, and Misfits. Click here for the list.

The One Music Fest at Masquerade Music Park in Atlanta, Ga., has added Erykah Badu to its already talent-heavy roster of artists. The one-day festival scheduled for, well, tomorrow, will include performances by Snoop Dogg, CeeLo Green, Goodie Mob, Joey Bada$$ and more. Tickets including “Discount OMF” $40 passes, VIP passes priced at $160 and the ever popular “6-Pack” going for $180 were still available at post time. Click here for more info.
And you can forget about seeing How To Destroy Angels, the group featuring Trent Reznor and his wife Mariqueen Maandig along with Atticus Ross and Rob Sheridan, at New Orleans’ Voodoo Experience (Nov. 1-3) and the Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit in Ashville, N.C. (Oct. 25-27). Maandig recently sent out a tweet explaining why the band is dropping off of the two festivals.
