Brendan Canning Says ‘You Gots 2 Tour’

Brendan Canning has announced a second round of dates in support of the upcoming release of his sophomore album. After initially booking just five stops, the new leg includes more than a dozen U.S. & Canadian gigs from Los Angeles to Chicago.

The Broken Social Scene member’s second solo album, You Gots 2 Chill, is due out Oct. 1 via SQE.

Canning’s fall trek begins Sept. 28 with an appearance at POP Montreal international music festival at Casa De Popolo. Here is the routing for the new dates:

Holly Miranda supports Dec. 1-5 (in addition to playing the previously announced Oct. 23-26 shows). Dinosaur Bones joins the tour Nov. 16-20 and Nov. 24-30.

Tickets for most dates are on sale now. Tickets for the Winnipeg gig will be available Saturday, Sept. 21.
