MSG allegedly used titles such as “intern” or “student associate” to hire college students to do work that would otherwise qualify them as employees, according to Forbes.

The magazine reports they were asked to work up to five days a week supporting MSG ticket and sponsorship sales, administrative projects and logistics for arena events.

The suit reportedly seeks damages to cover unpaid wages for “misclassified” workers going back to 2007.
