Announced during a press conference held this morning at the Avalon in Hollywood, the Latin Grammys also had some love for Edgar Barrera, Andrews Castro, Julio Reyes Copello, Alejandro Sanz and Caetano Veloso by giving each artist four nominations.

“Once again, it’s gratifying to see the Latin Grammy Awards process produce a broad cross section of diverse and impressive nominees across multiple genres,”  Latin Recording Academy president/CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr., said.  “This year’s nominations truly reflect an exceptional and talented creative community that embodies some of the highest levels of excellence and artistry in their fields.  With such a group of talented musicians, this year’s Latin Grammy telecast will undoubtedly be memorial.”
