Officials with Bank of America Pavilion in Boston are seeking a new naming-rights partner now that the bank has decided not to renew its contract at the end of the month.

Live Nation, which owns the 5,000-capacity amphitheater, is reportedly in talks with several companies.

Bank of America has had the contract that paid Live Nation $5 million over 15 years since it acquired FleetBoston Financial Corp., in 2004, the Boston Globe noted.
