Lawyers Sue Four Tops

A Detroit law firm is suing The Four Tops for alleged non-payment of fees.

The lawsuit, filed by Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton in Oakland County Circuit Court, claims the Motown singing group, including original member Abdel “Duke” Fakir, and Tops Enterprises LLC owes more than $109,000 in legal fees, according to the Detroit News.

A spokesman for The Four Tops declined to comment Sept. 26.
