The lawsuit, filed Sept. 24, claims WME negotiated several contracts for the Fox News host from 1988 to 2009.

The agreements stated the agency would collect the standard 10 percent commissions on all re-negotiated contracts but Rivera allegedly stopped paying the fees, according to Courthouse News.

WME is seeking payment of its commissions, costs, and damages for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Rivera denies the claim, saying those commissions were paid to his agent, Jim Griffin, who left WME to work for Paradigm in 2010, the News said.
