Two-Day Format For CMC Rocks?

Rob Potts Entertainment Edge, Chugg Entertainment and Country Music Channel are looking at extending next year’s CMC Rocks North Queensland festival in Townsville to a two-day format.

“The hardcore country music support in the area is certainly there,” Potts said. “We’re pretty confident but of course it’ll depend on which international acts we can get.”

Tim McGraw drew 11,900 to its inaugural year and Alan Jackson drew 10,600 last month with audience members coming from other states.
