Sponge & Spacehog Announce Co-Bill Tour

Sponge and Spacehog are wrapping up 2013 by joining forces for a co-headline tour in December. But first Sponge needs your help thinking up the perfect costume for the third annual costume party and concert series Rock-O-Ween.

“Sponge costume ideas? We need some ideas…” the Detroit-based alternative rock band recently tweeted. Rock-O-Ween is set for Oct. 19 at Raks in Jackson, Mich., with special guests Kaleido, Darling Down, Kung Fu Diesel, Red Stone Souls and Oeno.

Both Sponge and Spacehog have new tunes to show off. Sponge is supporting its seventh full-length album, Stop the Bleeding, which was released in September.

As for Spacehog, the English glam rockers put out its fourth LP, As It Is On Earth, earlier this year as their first new album since 2001’s The Hogyssey.
