PRS To Move To King’s Cross

Next year the UK’s PRS for Music is moving to Two Pancras Square, the new office development being built adjacent to Sr. Pancras and King’s Cross stations.

The royalty collection agency will take 52,000 square feet of space spread across the top four floors on the nine-storey building.

It will have access to a large roof garden that all the tenants are able to use.

It will leave its current West End home at Berners Street, where it’s been for over 60 years, but will hang on to its refurbished Streatham office.

“We are also investing heavily in our Streatham facility, making it the centre of our operations, IT and member services teams,” PRS chief exec Robert Ashcroft explained.

It has agreed to a 15-year lease on the new north London office with the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP), the company behind the development of the area.
