Justin Timberlake Postpones World Tour Gigs

North American fans will have to wait a bit longer to experience Justin Timberlake’s “20/20 Experience World Tour,” which was supposed to begin later this month. With more time needed for rehearsals, the first three shows of the trek have been rescheduled for 2014.

Timberlake was set to kick off the tour with two nights at Montreal’s Bell Centre Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The performances have been postponed for July. Promoter/producer evenko tweeted that tickets for Oct. 31 will be honored July 25 and Nov. 1 tickets will be accepted at the July 26 show. Fans who can’t make the new dates can get refunds at the point of purchase.

As for his Nov. 4 gig at Boston’s TD Garden, that show will now take place July 19.

An announcement on the venue’s website says the show was pushed back “as rehearsals for the tour have been extended in order to accommodate a delay of the massive one-of-a-kind stage production.”

And you know the drill for tickets – fans can either hold on to their tickets or receive a refund at the point of purchase.

The “20/20 Experience World Tour” will now launch Nov. 6 in Brooklyn, N.Y., at the Barclays Center.
